The Integration of people with a handicap is a vital part of our work. We come along with you in terms of your application, in designing your workplace in a suitable way, in your career and in your qualification.
Advice
We accompany you e.g. in applicating for the status of disabled people and equation, and give help in questions of rehabilitation – for a cure and (partial) benefits for it. Don’t hesitate to ask us for supporting you in case of rejection of your application at authorities. We provide you also information about internal and external help facilities.
Infrastructure of your workplace
An important part of our service is the implementation of a setting of workplaces fitting to the interests of disabled people.
In detail we give you advice how to achieve the surroundings you need. Including ergonomic furniture, such as special chairs, stools, desks vertically variable, special rests for hands and arms and much more.
We support you also if you require a ergonomic PC mouse, a large screen, a special keyboard or a head-set from the IT.
Operational (Re-)Settling-in-Management (Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement / BEM)
We are at your side after a longer illness and your return to the bank. With you and your employer we shape the conditions of your job and workplace that is suitable to your abilities and constraints. Our common objective is to (re)establish your full capability in the bank. If you want to get into this (often new or changed) job via settling-in-management (BEM), we support you strongly from the beginning to the status you want to achieve.
Prevention
We were able to save many colleagues from becoming disabled by giving them deep advice und attendance in an early phase of illness and weekness. In a joint venture with the bank and external partners we gave backup to fix problems so that employees could return into suitable job-processes.
